Shehan is highly experienced in implementing enterprise risk frameworks to create systemic organisational through to individual solutions for a workforce. As a qualified and registered Psychologist Shehan brings over 15 year of person-centre experience to every client solution, enabling clients to apply scalable people risk mitigation solutions across a diverse regional footprint. Shehan brings together Howden’s global expertise in People Risk and Employee Wellbeing Programs to support organisations across the Pacific integrate the codes of practice and guidelines to address psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
