Diya is an experienced organisational psychologist with a strong consulting background in leadership, culture, organisational reviews, psychological risk prevention and strategic wellbeing. Building on her longstanding experience of working with public sector clients, she now works within a public sector law firm, advising senior leaders on managing the organisation's psychosocial risk profile, developing systemic, fit-for-purpose workplace interventions that generate positive shifts in culture, wellbeing and sustainable performance. Diya is also the Social Impact & Advocacy Director for the APS College of Organisational Psychologists, combining her passion for the profession and public policy advocacy to improve wellbeing and inclusion across workplaces.
