Xander also serves as a research associate at the University of Johannesburg, contributing to the evaluation and publication of scientific research in peer-reviewed journals and books.

 

Xander has researched and compiled technical information on the impact of psychological factors, such as personality and climate, on work-related safety. As a psychologist, he is interested in the application of psychological interventions to improve safety-related outcomes via selection, development, and performance management.
