Dr. Fujita is a Director of the Institute of Global Safety Promotion (IGSAP) and has been participating in the Global Coalition for Safety and Health at Work, Task Group on Vision Zero at the enterprise level. Dr. Fujita joined IDEC in 1992, since he has led the Strategy of Technologies as Senior Executive Officer. With the in-depth knowledge in the fields of Safety of Machinery and industrial automation, he has served for many years as Chairman of Safety committee of NECA (till January 2022), and Director of Japan Robot Association (JARA). Dr. Fujita has been awarded many awards, including Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award (2013) and Prime Minister's Award (2022).
