Helene has significant experience in both private practice and in-house advising across a range of industries on all areas of work health and safety, employment, industrial relations, and discrimination law. This includes advising clients on contracts of employment, performance and conduct management and conducting workplace investigations and workplace training on behalf of clients. Helene’s experience in-house, including three years as General Counsel of HR Legal, provided her with an invaluable insight into clients’ drivers and requirements and the benefits of clear, timely and practical advice. Helene provides advice to clients in the finance and banking, manufacturing, energy, transport, health, telecommunications, and construction sectors.
