Co-founder and CEO of Top Farms Group International, one of the largest agricultural producers in Europe. He graduated from the Poznan University of Life Sciences and the Advanced Management program at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. From 1991 to 1998, he was the first President and Managing Partner of BDO Binder, a company of certified auditors and financial advisors. Currently, within the activities of Top Farms Group, he promotes the idea of regenerative agriculture and the use of advanced technologies in the development of precision farming.
