Dr. Sugumar Mariappanadar, PhD MAPS CAHR, Peter Faber Business School, Australian Catholic University, Australia, is credited with the recognition as an internationally acclaimed professional who has helped shape innovative approaches to embed sustainability programs organisation wide. In promoting corporate sustainability, he has joined with Insync Australia (2021) as Senior Sustainability Advisor to provide management consultancy services to large global companies to implement holistic organisation sustainability. Mariappanadar, is Fellow – College of Organisational Psychologists – Australian Psychological Society (APS), and Certified Academic HR (CAHR) of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). He has published more than fifty research articles in peer reviewed international journals, book chapters and refereed conference publications. He has the distinction of publishing the first international book on Sustainable Human Resource Management: Strategies, Practices and Challenges published by Macmillan International, London (2019). Delivered keynote address to various international conferences. Conducted workshops on sustainability and sustainable HRM in the American Academy of Management (AOM) Annual meetings (2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022), and conferences in Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Engaged with media based on his research on sustainability and sustainable HRM and contributed to changes to international work health and safety standards (GRI 403 - 2018) of Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) for Sustainability, Amsterdam. His consultancy includes employee turnover study for call centres and business process analysis and management systems development. He has conceptualized and developed management analytics software for businesses.
