Rick is a Co-Founder and Capability Coach at fr&nk - Capability Leaders and has over 13 years of practical experience in guiding businesses to achieve positive health, safety, and cultural improvements. He has an extensive background in workplace health and safety advice, systems, training, facilitation, and auditing. Rick is a First Nations man who enjoys collaborating with and supporting clients and colleagues. He is personable and approachable and has a very inclusive and collaborative approach to work. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his growing family. Experience Rick has a diverse employment background including state government, local government, and the electricity distribution sector as well as manufacturing retail, and hospitality. He has been at the forefront of the development of solutions to make systems more accessible to workers at a field level via technology. Rick is accomplished and adept at influencing and initiating a commitment to workplace health and safety. He has a passion for leveraging new and emerging technologies to achieve optimum health and safety outcomes for clients.
