Professor Rebecca Mitchell, BA (Hons Psych), MBS, PhD, is an organizational psychology academic and leads the Health & Wellbeing Research Unit (HoWRU) at Macquarie University. Her ongoing research in the organizational psychology field aims to translate key study findings into organizational policy and practice, by targeting current gaps that exist in mental health service delivery, healthcare teamwork and leadership as well as wellbeing and resilience at work. She has co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in the last 5 years.
