r. Morgan Mazarura born on the 6th of April 1974 is a Trade Unionist employed by the Zimbabwe Construction and Allied Trades Workers Union as a Regional Organising Secretary/ and Health, Safety and Environmental Officer.   He is holder of a Certificate in Safety, Health and Environmental Management, holder of ITC ILO certificate of achievement on Governing labour migration and coherence with employment policies, further attained a certificate in adopting a rights – based approach to Labour Migration. Achieved a certificate in fair recruitment processes for practitioners. He has effectively organised ZCATWU within the respective Regions working in conjunction with local Trade Union Officers.   He has worked closely with BWI in the promotion of their programs mostly in the area of Training, Education and Campaigns against the use of asbestos and has also conducted workplace OSH inspections.   He has served in several other committees locally, regional and at international level. He is currently a member of the Southern Africa Construction Networking (SACONET). 

His journey within the Labour Movement dates back to 2007 where he has held various portfolios and effectively defended the rights of workers in Zimbabwe across. He is currently pursuing studies in Safety, Health and Environmental Management Diploma and Diploma in Labour Migration for Experts and Practitioners.
