Monica is a Psychologist (Organisational Psychologist Registrar) and Research Analyst at the Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD) at Curtin University. She previously worked in the not-for-profit space and is interested in sustainable work design. She currently works on the Design for Care project which is headed by the CTWD Director Professor Sharon Parker, in partnership with University of Sydney Business School’s Associate Professors Anya Johnson & Helena Nguyen, and Monash University’s Professor Alex Collie. The mission of Design for Care (funded by icare NSW) is to improve the wellbeing of healthcare and social assistance employees through the co-creation of work design interventions.
