Karin Reinhold has been employed as an Associate Professor in Organization and Management Research Group by Tallinn University of Technology since 2009. She has been active in academic research over 20 years. Her main research interests in recent years are related to risk management in working environments, employees’ well-being and health, artificial intelligence based worker management systems and health and safety practices in SMEs. She has published over 70 scientific articles and has been involved in several EU scientific projects as a project leader, main coordinator, investigator or national expert. She has been advising and consulting in health and safety field the following industries: manufacturing, energy, aviation, public transport, education, private services etc. She has worked as an advisor for governmental bodies in health and safety issues. In her current position in the university, she is also supervising the master level students as well as a number of PhD students.
