Jono is currently the Head of Enterprise Risk for Hireup, an Australian online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage their support teams. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Science at the University of Sydney, Jono pursued a career in occupational rehabilitation and safety systems before taking on operational leadership roles. Jono is passionate about applying the intention of WHS legislation in the online platform model to improve quality and safety outcomes for NDIS participants, their families and support workers.
