Dr Jenny Legge is the Founder and CEO of Staunch Technology.  A physiotherapist and ergonomist by background, Dr Legge’s PhD research investigated the predictive validity of pre-employment functional testing, demonstrating workers have a 3-5 times increased risk of musculoskeletal injury when they do not meet job-specific test criteria.  She has worked in Australia and the US in mining, transport, construction, utilities, security, manufacturing, municipality and logistics sectors for more than 20 years.

Dr Legge is the founder of the patented JobFit System job matching software for workplace injury prevention and management, validated pre-employment testing protocol and JobFit System PEFA App.  Dr Legge has trained a network of more than 300 health professionals in Australia and overseas in how to conduct job-specific functional assessments and onsite job task analysis.
