Jenna has enjoyed a diverse OHS career in construction, manufacturing and health over the last 10 years. Jenna has been an OHS Officer with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, (Victorian Branch), the union representing just under 100, 000 nurses, midwives, and personal care workers across Victoria, for just over 6 years. Jenna is passionate about improving safety culture and systems to support healthcare professionals to work in a safe environment. In her role with ANMF, Jenna has contributed to the development of the ANMF 10 Point Plan implementation guide and works at external stakeholder forums to influence and develop strategies for the improvement of the health and safety of ANMF members. She is privileged to advance the OHS interests of ANMF members both individually and as a collective.
