Heike earned her Master's degree from the University of Western Australia and joined U-TECH in 2012 as the Marketing and Sales Manager. With previous experience working at Nokia (formerly Alcatel), LEGO, and Technogym, she focused on raising awareness about the importance of machine safety in the recycling industry. By targeting manufacturers of hazardous machinery, their clients, and trade associations, she made the U-TECH personal protection system the industry standard in Europe. 

In 2021, she became the Managing Director and took ownership of the company, leading it through a transformation that encompassed the entire value chain, from development to sales. Heike has made it her mission to eliminate workplace accidents across a wide range of industries with the products that will be presented in Sydney.
