Edman Tam is the Workplaces and Wellbeing Lead at WayAhead.  Following an extensive career in sales and marketing, community development, coaching, group facilitation and keynote speaking, Edman leads WayAhead’s Workplaces program, a network of organisation leaders in Workplace Mental health facilitating opportunities for education, collaboration, and innovation.

Edman Tam holds academic degrees in Marketing and Organisational Behaviour, Philosophy, and Psychology and has participated in published research. He has worked in a variety of sectors, from community groups to tech startups, in addition to having owned and operated several small businesses. With a fusion of academic insight, hands-on experience, and his own lived experience, Edman is dedicated to forging positive change in workplaces and driving meaningful conversations on mental health.
