Dzifa is the Founding President of Health and Safety Group Africa (HESAG Africa). He is also the Director of the Center for Occupational Safety and Health at HESAG Africa. Dzifa is an avid advocate for occupational safety and health and climate action. His professional expertise includes safety risk management, human health risk assessment and NGO management. Dzifa’s research interests include occupational injuries and diseases, the impact of job demands on employee health and safety, organizational safety leadership, safety culture, and multivariate statistics. He has extensive research experience and has published several articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Dzifa played a key role (member of the Fund-Raising Committee) in the organization of the first Africa Conference on Occupational Health and Safety in Accra, Ghana in October 2018. His current research is on safety culture in the renewable energy sector in Germany where he is studying. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Agriculture and an MSc degree in Oil and Gas Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
