Dave is the National Senior Coordinator for Organising, Bargaining & Member Development for the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union (AMWU). The role entails him coordinating the implementation of the unions Strategic plan.
He previously held positions in the AMWU of National WHS Coordinator, NSW WHS Officer and NSW Organiser, he is a Fitter and Machinist by Trade. In his roles Dave has sat on a number of Boards and Committees including represents the ACTU at Safe Work Australia, Workers Compensation, Significant Issues Group, Chair of the Workers Health Centre and inaugural Deputy Chair of the Asbestos Diseases Foundation.
