Chris has a background of over 20 years experience in retail with the Woolworths Group in various roles. Experience includes senior management roles in Store Operations, Internal Audit, Resilience Response to COVID and Safety & Health. At Woolworths Group, she is currently responsible for our agile ways of working as the Product Owner for the Acts of Violence & Aggression working group (squad). Accountable for the delivery of strategic objectives across the Woolworths retail brands and lead strategic alignment of risk management and initiatives to address aggression towards team members who reported more than 3000 acts of violence, threats and abuse in F23.
