Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture (Rural Economics/Management) from Makerere University Kampala as well as a Master’s Degree in Management of Agriculture Knowledge Systems (MAKS) from Wageningen Agricultural University (WAU) in the Netherlands. Also pursued a PhD in the same University (WAU). 24 years of formal public sector employment and consultancy experience, building institutional capacity for development effectiveness and accountability in Uganda, Kenya & Tanzania. Excellent development cooperation expertise and coordination capabilities combined with robust analytical and organizational skills and experience working in public sector and multi-donor supported program settings at regional, national and sub national levels. Credited with significantly impacting institutional performance and excels at nurturing and establishing conducive work environments for effective and efficient work output.
