During this workshop, FEFO will introduce their health and safety index which aims to enable organisations to measure and benchmark, health and safety leadership, engagement and psychosocial performance. FEFO will outline reliable measures for health and safety performance, share benchmark data, industry insights and case studies to demonstrate innovative methods to seek feedback at scale, measure performance and engage stakeholders to learn and improve.
